It's a beautiful day outside here today, the sky is a clear blue, the sun is shining and you can see for miles. It is a little on the cold side it hasn't made it up to the 50's yet but I think we might just make it today.
We're working hard to get our house on the market to get it sold and get out of California to the warm climate of Nevada. Isn't it always the case you work hard on fixing up your home just the way you like it and then decide to move on! We've been told that with everything we've done that the house shouldn't be on the market very long but with the way the real estate market is these days I'm not going to expect it to sell quickly. We've even gone the extra step to have a home inspection done (we didn't want to have any surprises). I would really recommend this to anyone who is going to put your home on the market. Luckily we came through okay; the inspector told us that is everyone would do it up front that they would be well informed as to what a potential buyer might try to come back on them with. I guess only time will tell.
Still haven't gotten a new kitten yet, I've been looking at getting a Ragamuffin this time and they appear to be few and far between. Not that many breeders and they only have about 4 to 5 kittys a litter. If anyone knows of any breeders please let me know I've been searching the internet and can't find that many.
Have a wonderful day!

Good luck with selling the house, its suppose to be one of the most stressfull thing to do.
Happy new year

Selling the house huh? Make sure it's show ready, you're priced 5%below the market and the potential buyers are pre qualifiede for a mortgage. Don't waste your time, money or effort!

Ahhh... the joys and heartaches of selling a home. We went through that about a year ago, and we had our house on the market for nearly six months. They were a long six months too. May you have better luck in selling your home!
Moving again, eh? Hope it's to greener pastures.
