Happy Holidays
Update....Doesn't it look wonderful...Tina re-did my site in the Christmas spirit...I love it. Thank you Tina
I know...my site is pretty boring these days! After Tina did such as wonderful job of designing my site I went and messed it up
It appears that once the site is done, you cannot make any changes to it. I had changed my email address and wanted to update that section, well I screwed it up. So....Tina, I'm taking a community flogging and in doing so hopefully will let everyone else know that once you have your site skinned by a professional.... don't touch it....leave it alone....let the professional's handle it! Lesson learned!!!
We went shopping Thursday evening and were able to fulfill most of the 3 children's wishes for Christmas. We were so lucky to find this wonderful, cuddly, Pooh bear for the 3 year old at the Disney store (on sale) almost makes me want to keep it for myself
The 10 year old girl is having both of her wishes filled. She wanted a Barbie watch or Barbie doll...we were able to get both for her and the Barbie doll even has several changes of clothes. 
The 12 year old boy still has me in a bit of a quandary. He wanted a skateboard or a helmet. I would love to get him both, but does anyone know how much a skateboard is these days? I was truly shocked and amazed. At a Design your own Skateboard shop they started at $79.99, we even went to Target and they are $50 there....anyone know where we can go and obtain a more reasonable one? We did purchase the helmet, but what good is a helmet without the skateboard I ask you? So...you can see my dilemma, what should we do? Think I'll go check the internet and see what we can come up with. I really don't want to disappoint this child, I'm sure they have enough of those these days.

Your site is beautiful it really is! I love it. I did not compose the Christmas List poem though I do compose many poems I find many and after reading them I blog them to share with others, some truly touch my heart. You and your husband are wonderful people, 3 children shall have a fantastic Christmas because of the love in your heart. God shall bless you that I know! Cute new look. I would have suggested Target if you hadn't already been. That's where we did most of our shopping. Do you have a KB Toys? They usually have good deals. You can check them out on the Internet to see if they have skateboards.
No, you definitely don’t want to disappoint the child! There is nothing like getting exactly what you ask Santa for under your tree on Christmas morning! I know it’s been awhile since I was there but I have a vague memory or two from those days! Hehe!

good luck to you in finding the skateboard. you can always turn to an alternative and get him a razor scooter... they came way down in price since last year. i like the way your blog looks! nice job!

Dont know if there is one around you but Big 5 usually had skateboards for 30.00.
i read your blog reply in deejers site....i said a prayer for you , i prayed god would always walk beside of you. prayed you to feel his hand and know he is with you everday. to take away each tear you cry and remind you that in heaven all is as it should be because your children wait to see you someday, and oh the joy that will be when you there face will see.
hi um... wal*mart has skateboards for like $20 and dicks sporting good has them for about the same. hope i helped.
Hey beautiful site...um, if you can't find a good deal on a skateboard new, what about a used one? I'll bet you could find a better board for a lower price. I know used presents are kind of a taboo, but with a skateboard it might be a good thing.
