Hello...how is everyone doing, watching the SuperBowl huh? I gave up when the score hit 37 to 3, no more for me.
I've tried to post some additional pictures from Australia but Xanga is not being cooperative again tonight. Starting to become too much of a habit and getting tired of fighting with it. Those Xanga gods sure have been in an uproar here lately and not being very responsive. Think I'll take a break and see if things get better in a week or so.
Everyone have a good week.

I think they were having trouble last night. I haven't had problems loading images till last night.
Try again tonight?
Yep, I got bored fast watching the game. Glad I wasn't a Raiders fan and glad I didn't pay big bucks(pardon the pun) for tickets. I think most of the Super Bowl games are lopsided anyway.
yeah, it wasn't a very exciting game, unless of course you were a big Tampa Bay fan.
I only watched the opening and half time entertainment
Have a great week!
Hey there Susie... Thanks for stopping by to see me. Hope all is well with you and your staying warm.
Looking forward to the Aussie photo's. It's such a wonderful country, but then again, i'm a little biased

Looking forward to seeing your photos! It's a pity I didn't know when you were over here...we could have gone out for lunch or dinner

Hi (((Susie))) You have a good week too!!
Shame about the photos not working.
Hi Susie. Thanks for your comment re: the bushfires here. I haven't been down to the 3 sisters yet, but I know that there was a spotfire not far from there. I was amazed yesterday when I went for a walk and found that the fire had stopped just 3 large houseblocks from our place. I hadn't realised that they were so close because I got home after the real danger had passed. But as long as the fires don't hurt anyone or do too much damage to property, we have to live with them. Fires are part of Australia. Infact, many of the trees and bushes don't survive without fire, they need it to germinate their seeds, or to make them open their seed pods. And the trees are amazing, within no time at all they have green shoots all over them, in contrast to the introduced species of trees which just die in a bushfire. What I hate, though, is when the fires are deliberately lit. There is a rumour that this last fire up here was lit by someone, I'm not sure whether they deliberately started a bushfire or whether it was accidental, but since it was a total fire ban day (do you get those, where you're not allowed to light fires in the open air because of extreme weather conditions?) lighting a fire for any reason would have been stupid.
Eh, I'll stop rambling on now. Chris.
I sent you an email..I hope you got it...
Tina
